Common questions
- Scans failing? Check camera permission in system Settings, and try a photo with the whole plant in frame, in daylight.
- Subscription issues? Purchases are handled by the App Store / Google Play — "Restore purchases" on the paywall re-syncs your entitlement.
- Delete your account? Profile → Privacy & data → Delete account. Immediate and irreversible; export first if you want a copy.
