These terms govern your use of Plant Rescue AI. By using the app you agree to them.
The service
Plant Rescue AI provides AI-assisted plant identification, diagnosis and care guidance. Advice is generated from your photos and context and is provided in good faith, but plants are living things: results are guidance, not a guarantee. For valuable, protected or safety-critical plants (or anything you intend to eat or feed to animals), verify with a qualified professional before acting.
Your content
You own the photos and records you create. You grant us the license needed to store and process them to run the service, as described in the privacy policy.
Subscriptions
Premium and Pro are auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown before purchase; manage or cancel any time in your store account settings. Store rules govern billing and refunds.
Fair use
Daily AI usage limits apply to keep the service sustainable. Don't abuse, reverse-engineer, or use the service to break the law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and we are not liable for plant loss, crop loss, or indirect damages arising from following AI guidance.
